Acquisitions update:

Leasing update: MSL / Max Pack. In March, 2003, CPA signed a 325,000 Ft² lease with Manufacturers' Services Ltd. in Parque Industrial Colonial, Reynosa. Bob Duncan and Christian Perez from CBRE-El Paso represented MSL in this transaction. This deal combines the acquisition of a 150,000 Ft² existing building with a 175,000 Ft² build-to-suit in order to serve MSL's needs.

San Luis Potosi: CPA is currently constructing an inventory building in Tres Naciones Industrial Park. This facility is 94,722 Ft² and can be leased to a single user or divided into 2 spaces. This facility is strategically located on the NAFTA Highway and will be available for occupancy in May, 2003.
